Address the letter, then open the post office! This three-piece set is designed for both independent creativity and shared role-play.

Kids begin with the blank letter notepad and coordinating stickers to practice filling in the To and From sections, choose a decorative stamp, and add postal labels such as Air Mail, Priority, Express, or Fragile. Once the mail is ready, they can use the separate shipping-form notepad with a parent, sibling, friend, doll, or stuffed animal to choose the mail type, service, and extras before adding the printed prices together.

Includes:

  • 1 double-sided shipping-form notepad with mail types, services, extras, delivery date, and total cost
  • 1 double-sided letter-addressing notepad with To, From, and stamp spaces
  • 1 peel-and-play sticker notepad with decorative stamps, postal labels, and approval marks
  • 40 double-sided sheets and 80 playable pages in each paper notepad
  • 20 coordinating sticker sheets

Screen-free and ready to play—no downloading, printing, cutting, or setup required.

Independent & Shared Pretend Play

Address the mail, open the post office, and help the first customer send something special. This 3-Piece Post Office Pretend & Play Set gives children two connected ways to play: they can independently prepare a pretend letter, then use the shipping-form notepad for shared post-office role-play.

Children begin with the letter-addressing pad and coordinating sticker notepad. They can fill in the To and From sections, choose a decorative stamp, and finish their mail with labels such as Air Mail, Priority, Express, or Fragile.

Once the mail is ready, the child can open the shipping counter and help a parent, sibling, friend, doll, or stuffed animal choose how to send it. The separate shipping form includes mail types, service levels, optional extras, a delivery date, and printed prices that can be added together for the total cost.

How the Play Experience Works

1. Address the Letter: Fill in the To and From sections on the letter pad and decide where the pretend mail is going.

2. Choose the Postage: Select a decorative stamp and add postal labels or approval marks from the coordinating sticker notepad.

3. Visit the Shipping Counter: Use the separate shipping form to select the mail type, service, and extras. Add the printed prices, choose a delivery date, and complete the total-cost box.

What’s Included

  • 1 double-sided shipping-form notepad with mail types, services, extras, delivery date, and total cost
  • 1 double-sided letter-addressing notepad with To, From, and stamp spaces
  • 1 peel-and-play sticker notepad with decorative postage stamps, postal labels, and approval marks
  • 40 double-sided sheets and 80 playable pages in each paper notepad
  • 20 coordinating sticker sheets

Independent Play: Prepare the Mail

The letter-addressing activity introduces children to the basic parts of addressing a piece of mail. They can decide who the letter is from, who will receive it, and which decorative stamp belongs in the postage box.

Priority, Express, Air Mail, Fragile, Approved, and Rejected stickers add another creative layer. Children can prepare important mail, silly mail, birthday mail, or special deliveries for people, dolls, and stuffed animals.

Shared Play: Help a Customer Ship It

When the post office opens, another person can bring in a pretend letter or package. The child can ask where it is going, decide what type of mail it is, and help the customer select a service and any optional extras.

Every option has a printed price on the shipping form. After the selections are complete, the child can add the charges, fill in a pretend delivery date, and announce when the shipment will arrive.

Plan a Complete Pretend Shipment

Mail Type: Choose a letter, postcard, small package, or large package.

Mail Service: Send it using Regular, Priority, Overnight, or International service.

Mail Extras: Add Tracking, Signature, Insurance, or Fragile handling.

Delivery Details: Complete the delivery date and add the selected prices to determine the pretend total cost.

Designed for Repeat Play

The two activity notepads each contain 40 double-sided sheets, providing 80 playable pages per pad. New recipients, destinations, postage combinations, and shipping choices make every trip to the pretend post office different.

Each notepad measures 5 × 8 inches and is printed on sturdy 100 lb paper. The compact format is easy to bring along for travel, waiting rooms, restaurant visits, and quiet-time play.
