Our meal prep planner includes 14 recipe pages and a full year (52 weeks) of meal planning with grocery shopping lists and daily breakfast, lunch and dinner planning. Each meal prep planner includes a matching 2 sided folder in the back and thick laminated covers, with personalization options and a convenient cooking conversion chart. 

Our meal prep planners are made by hand from our facility in Southern California. We spend the additional time it takes to craft them the right way and you're sure to love our quality.

We work hard to guarantee quick processing times, even with the ability to personalize our planners. You don't need to worry about delays or pushbacks with us. Your order will ship out in the time frame promised. Look out for a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility.

- We only use thick, 100lb Mohawk Fine Paper for all of our internal pages. (prevents ink bleed, strong and durable writing surface).

- Fully synthetic covers overlayed with 20 mil anti-scratch lamination (long lasting, sturdy and waterproof).

- High quality aluminum coils, coated and sturdy enough to withstand any usage. Never worry about losing internal pages (such as twin wire bindings) or the spiral breaking (like plastic spirals).

- Assembled, coiled and quality checked by hand.

- Our facility processes and ships out all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, we require up to 3 business days before the item leaves our facility. Often this timeframe is less, but please allow up to 3 business days for your personalized product to be created.

- We offer standard 3-6 business day and priority 2-3 business day shipping options on all orders.
