Our planners are made by hand from our facility in Southern California. We spend the additional time it takes to craft our planners the right way and you're sure to love our quality.

We're a small team that consider each other family and take pride in our work.

We work hard to guarantee quick processing times, even with the ability to personalize our planners. You don't need to worry about delays or pushbacks with us. Your order will ship out in the time frame promised. Look out for a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility.

Our Materials

- We only use thick, 100lb Mohawk Fine Paper for all of our internal pages. (prevents ink bleed, strong and durable writing surface).

- Fully synthetic covers overlayed with 20 mil anti-scratch lamination (long lasting, sturdy and waterproof).

- High quality aluminum coils, coated and sturdy enough to withstand any usage. Never worry about losing internal pages (such as twin wire bindings) or the spiral breaking (like plastic spirals).

- Assembled, coiled and quality checked by hand.

Processing and Shipping

- Our facility processes and ships out all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, we require up to 3 business days before the item leaves our facility. Often this timeframe is less, but please allow up to 3 business days for your personalized product to be created.

- We offer standard 3-6 business day and priority 2-3 business day shipping options on all orders.

Look out for a shipping confirmation email with an included tracking number when your order leaves our facility.

Our Features

    We offer unique personalization on our one of a kind covers. A beautiful name option on the outside cover and a personalized message on the inside for that personal touch.

    Our spirals are made out of aluminum and coated for an elegant shine. Sturdy, functional and beautiful was our goal and you will not be dissapointed with these.

  • High Quality 100lb Paper

    Our internal pages are made with thick, 100lb Mohawk Fine Paper, for an incredibly durable writing surface that prevents ink bleed and holds strong with high usage.

I prefer the old school way of keeping a planner without the use of my phone— and I gotta tell you, this planner is genuinely the best! The binding is my favorite! It allows the planner to lay flat and lasts well over its time, even when shoved into a backpack or bag. it’s very durable, and cute as could be! This was my second time purchasing and I will continue to do so— Highly recommend .

I switched to Colibri after years of using my Erin Condren (still love EC). The Colibri works better for my lifestyle. I especially love the designs, the custom writing inside the front cover, the weekly habits, and the weekly grocery lists. I with I had the creative spirit and time to create my own bullet-type weekly planner, but I don't and the Colibri checks all the boxes for me. Love it!
