Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Many Colibri products are personalized, custom-built, or produced to order. You are responsible for reviewing all selections, spelling, personalization, dates, planner length, layouts, uploaded content, and previews before submitting an order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately, but colors may vary among screens, materials, manufacturing processes, and lighting conditions. Product dimensions and page counts may have customary production tolerances. We may limit sales by person, household, order, region, or jurisdiction when reasonably necessary.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product descriptions and pricing at any time. An offer is void where prohibited. We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every individual expectation or that every site error will be corrected immediately.

Section 6 – Orders, Billing, and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity, duplicate orders, or unauthorized transactions. Restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or customer.

You are responsible for content you submit for personalization or production, including names, messages, dates, calendar files, holidays, text, images, designs, and other instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to use that content to provide the requested Service.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, obscene, or harmful content. We may refuse content or cancel a customized item when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights.
