Our Materials

- We only use thick, 100lb/148gsm Mohawk Fine Paper for all of our internal pages. (prevents ink bleed, strong and durable writing surface).

- Fully synthetic covers overlayed with 20 mil anti-scratch lamination (long lasting, sturdy and waterproof).

- High quality aluminum coils, coated and sturdy enough to withstand any usage. Never worry about losing internal pages (such as twin wire bindings) or the spiral breaking (like plastic spirals).

- Assembled, coiled and quality checked by hand.

Processing and Shipping

- Our facility processes and ships out all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, we require up to 3 business days before the item leaves our facility. Often this timeframe is less, but please allow up to 3 business days for your personalized product to be created.

- We offer standard 3-6 business day and priority 2-3 business day shipping options on all orders.

Look out for a shipping confirmation email with an included tracking number when your order leaves our facility.

I love it!

I was hesitant as this was my first order and has not idea how it would turn out. Being able to pick my own start month was what sold me. Was looking for a new planner based on a recommendation from my therapist. This one is absolutely perfect.

Love my new Planner

Planning on how I’m going to use this new planner in 2026. It’s more compact than the one I have now but I thinks it’s going to be perfect and cover all the areas that I need to keep track of.

Overall experience

I purchased a 2026 planner. I ordered in error the A5 and within a couple of hours I emailed customer service and they were able to correct my error, I meant to order the larger size. They invoiced me for the correct price and I still had my planner in a matter of days. Love my Colibri planner.

Love This Planner

I ordered my first Colibri The Works planner two years ago and decided not to reorder in 2025. While the planner I am currently using is okay I find that I often add in parts that were in The Works. I have looked at hundreds of planners online to find the same content as The Works but with a smaller footprint without success. So I purchased my 2026 The Works planner to start with my next year's planning. While there are still a few things I'd like to have in the planner, I can easily use the notes section at the back for things like a vision board, yearly goals, mind map and contacts. I do wish the planner was smaller in footprint as it is a lug to tote around. But clearly, I love it so much - I went back to it for 2026!

Beautiful planner

I was so impressed when I opened my package with my new planner and my recipe notebook! Absolutely beautiful covers and very good quality paper inside. The only thing I would change would be to round the corners on the pages on the inside of the planner. I am very happy with my new set!

Also, the customer service for this company is amazing. I realized I needed to change a couple of things on my order before it was sent and they did that for me no problem. I will be coming back for more next year for sure!
